We want you to love your look. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn jewelry within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings used for piercings are final sale.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn jewelry in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and secure it to your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
